Each of us has a story. Within each story we experience feelings of anxiety, fear and sadness. When these feelings become overwhelming, science shows that it helps to talk to a trained counselor. Sharing your story is a hopeful and powerful step in the healing process.

I practice from the worldview that we are relational beings, and draw from the discipline of interpersonal neurobiology, incorporating attachment, cognitive-behavioral, narrative and feminist therapies to structure our work together.
A Winnipeg based counselor who works with adults seeking change and healing, over the last 30 years I have worked in education, health care and the church. I have Master's Degrees in Counseling (Providence Theological Seminary) and Research Psychology (University of Manitoba). I am an Associate Professional Counselor with the Professional Association of Christian Counselors and Psychotherapists (PACCP).
On your first visit we will talk about what you are seeking counseling for and fill out an information form together. This will normally be followed by a brief counseling session. At that time you can decide whether the counseling relationship is a good fit for you.
Appointments are available Monday through Friday between 11:00 am and 5:00 pm. Sessions are 55 minutes at $90.00. Payment is made at the end of the session by cash, cheque or bank e-transfer, and a receipt is issued.
